CloudLinux Hosting marketing team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator - a strong project manager with hands-on experience and genuine interest in digital marketing (or passion and desire to learn fast).

You’ll act as the operational backbone for our team, making sure that projects are well-organized, timelines are clear, and all deliverables are tracked in Jira, our project management tool.

We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who thrives when juggling multiple projects, and communicates effectively with stakeholders across both technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate won’t be limited to a narrow “swimlane” defined in the job description. Instead, you’ll be an enthusiastic team player eager to jump in wherever support is needed for the marketing team, with curiosity, initiative, and a learning mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various marketing projects (webinars, offline events, website rebrand, partner activities, campaigns)
  • Collaborate closely with PMMs, PMs, and stakeholder teams to support the execution of product launches year-round and for large-scale events—including tracking key deadlines, deliverables, and action items
  • Event Planning: Assists with planning and organizing trade shows, events, and other marketing activities
  • Coordinate the work of a team of in-house and outsourced professionals (web development, design, etc.)
  • Coordinate production and publication of creative assets (ebooks, reports, sales collateral)
  • Oversee social media distribution and blog posts (with the assistance of the Content Manager and Product Marketing Manager)
  • Assist in maintaining corporate website
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, target demographics, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, and prepares reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, design) and external vendors (e.g., agencies, printers).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing deadline-driven startup-up environment
  • Strong self-motivation, driven to achieve committed milestones
  • Ability to independently analyze a task and find the right solution

Requirements

Requirements

  • C1 level (Advanced) or higher English proficiency (speaking and writing)
  • Project Management experience and/or certifications
  • Marketing experience, diverse preferred
  • Experience in SaaS technology company is a big plus
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing deadline-driven startup-up environment
  • Strong self-motivation, driven to achieve committed milestones
  • Ability to independently analyze a task and find the right solution
