Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Arbitration Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our recovery efforts, pursuing subrogation claims related to automobile, fleet, property, and utility losses. Your expertise in negotiation, analysis, and communication will help us maximize recoveries and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Building compelling cases – Identifying and gathering evidence to support liability and damages.
- Advocating for fair outcomes – Filing claims through Arbitration Forums and negotiating settlements with third parties.
- Mastering the art of persuasion – Communicating strong, well-reasoned arguments in writing and over the phone.
- Providing exceptional service – Responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Upholding the highest ethical standards – Conducting business with integrity and diligence.
- Ensuring financial accountability – Following up on payments and maintaining accurate records.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience with Arbitration Forums, liability, or subrogation preferred
- Active Property and Casualty Adjuster’s License preferred
