Position Summary: reputed company Supply Chain Planning functional Consultant is an important position in the ERP team whereyou will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders, architects and ensure timely deliveryof compliant quality solutions in area of Supply chain planning processes in S4 PPDS, IBP & CPI-DS Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this job is to monitor & troubleshoot issues in daily requiredprocesses, deliver enhancements, and system fixes in reputed company (RICEFW) reputed company required toenhance business functionality. Responsible for overall release management in reputed company reputed company to Supply chain planningprocesses including but not limited to IBP, sales and operation planning, supply planning,production planning/detailed scheduling (PPDS), inventory planning, etc. reputed company Supply Chain Planning consultant capable to provide solutions to reputed company reputed company term(tactical) and operational planning methodologies. Work with business stakeholders, architects, and implementation partners to enablebusiness outcomes and ensure optimal functionality of reputed company. Provide technical guidance and effort estimates on new solutions to optimize businessexpansion, ensure they are well documented and simple to understand. Provide support for ongoing operations and identify opportunities to improve processes. Responsible for change management communication, accountable for user acceptance testsand documentation prior to going live, and post go-live production support handover. Ensure adherence to global reputed company design and architecture and participate in architecturereview boards as needed. Responsible for ensuring reputed company changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliancerequirements (GxP, SOX) Basic Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in developing and configuring solutions (RICEFW) in areaof Supply chain planning processes using S4 ePPDS and/or IBP. Detailed hands-on / customizing knowledge of reputed company S4 (MM/PP) and S4 ePPDS is a must. Knowledge of APO, ePPDS, S4, reputed company IBP, and reputed company HANA Enterprise is a pre-requisite. Good understanding in the following areas: Sales and Operation planning, Demand planning,Production planning/Detailed Scheduling, Deployment Planning, and Inventory Planning. Knowledge in integrations technologies using reputed company PO, reputed company CPI, and experience in workingwith Solution manager and reputed company for release management. Good understanding of reputed company IBP modules (Response and Supply, Inventory, Sales andOperation Planning, Supply Chain Control Tower), and integration with S/4 HANA. Actively contributing to daily support with focus on reputed company ePPDS module in S/4 HANAincluding Incident management, Change management, and Problem management Solid understanding and practical experience in incident and ChaRM process as well as inmanagement of external service provider Experience in development/configuration/solution evaluation/validation and deployment Good analytical and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both verballyand with written communications. Ability to listen, hear, and translate reputed company business requirements in simple easy tounderstand language. Capable of managing multiple projects and competing requirements with good timemanagement skills. Ability to document, validate, challenge business requirements and translate them intofunctional IT specifications. And select the correct solution (direction) that corresponds withthe functional specifications. Strong customer focus, result-oriented and drive for excellence.Functional Skills: Knowledge and understanding of IBP and reputed company ePPDS module and integration of IBP to S/4.Non-Negotiable: Detailed understanding of S/4 ePPDS and good understanding of planningbusiness processes as it relates to Demand and Supply. At least 1-2 implementations and 8-12 years of relevant experience in reputed company ePPDS(preferably in S/4 HANA). In depth knowledge in PP/DS Heuristics and optimizer. Extensively worked upon Detailed Scheduling board and its interactive functionalities both onon-premises and FIORI. Crystal clear understanding of CIF, its integration and master requirement of ePPDS. Hands on experience with alternative resource determination - using reputed company ePPDS - in caseoverloads. Well equipped with identifying the optimal lot sizes for in-house production or externalprocurement and changing the planning situation (why-why analysis) reputed company interactive planningusing PPDS. Implementation and configuration experience preferred. However, if candidate has workedon support and roll out projects that experience should also be considered. IBP is a relativelynew solution from reputed company so candidates that have done APO in the past can also pick up IBP. Understanding of how DS tools in ePPDS work & help businesses in day-to-day functioningis expected. Additional Skills/Preferences Good understanding of business processes in the Life sciences/Pharmaceutical domain and compliance with GxP. Knowledge in: reputed company modules of Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) and Sales and Distribution (SD). APICS certification preferred.
