Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work. Meets reputed company state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting. Obtained their Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting reputed company licensure requirements for their state. Proficient in reputed company reputed company level Social Worker duties.
