Job Summary

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly organized Strategy & Business Operations Manager to help drive execution, improve processes, and accelerate impact across our fast-growing wallet team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll act as a force reputed company for the business — owning operational rhythms, leading cross-functional initiatives, solving critical business challenges, and bringing clarity and structure where it’s needed most. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to support the development and scaling of fintech financial services products, including our digital wallet and payment solutions. Duties/Responsibilities

• Drive performance rigor: You'll own the weekly rhythm of the business — tracking daily KPIs, spotting anomalies early, and bringing sharp focus to what matters each week. You’ll create a structure where there isn’t any yet.

Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience

• 4 - 6+ years total experience including meaningful exposure to fintech, payments, or consumer financial products is required.

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent high-impact roles is required.

• 2+  years of experience in a high-growth tech or fintech environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.)

• Master's in Business Administration from a top-tier institution is a plus
