Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Product Designer to join our R&D team at Real. This role involves working across the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery. You will craft user-centered design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, be a natural problem solver, and reputed company in a collaborative, agile environment. You will also mentor junior designers and help shape the design culture at Real, while having the flexibility to work remotely.

Duties/Responsibilities

• reputed company End-to-End Design Process: Own the complete design lifecycle for various products, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation.

• Create User-Centered Solutions: Translate reputed company user and business challenges into simple, elegant, and functional design solutions that align with user needs and strategic goals.

• Design Artifacts Creation: reputed company user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate design concepts and ensure an reputed company user experience.

• Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct user testing and reputed company data-driven insights to validate design decisions, ensuring designs meet performance goals and continuously improve based on user feedback.

• Conversational reputed company Design: Design and refine conversational interfaces for AI agents, focusing on clarity, usability, and engagement. Continuously monitor usability KPIs and optimize user interactions based on performance data and feedback.

• Mentorship & Guidance: Mentor junior designers, helping them grow their skills, navigate challenges, and refine their design approaches. Foster a collaborative and supportive design culture.

• Drive Design System Evolution: Contribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across reputed company products and features.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with technical requirements and product objectives.

• Champion Design Thinking: reputed company for user-centered design thinking across the organization, ensuring that design decisions are informed by user insights and reputed company with business objectives.

Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a reputed company field (preferred).

• 6-8 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a reputed company role.

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company and familiarity with design systems. Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.

• Previous experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with product and technical teams.

• Proven track record of mentoring junior designers and helping them improve their skills.

• Experience with AI-powered conversational interfaces, focusing on user interaction, performance metrics, and optimization is preferred.
