Senior Solutions Engineer (f/m/d)

Your mission

As a Solutions Engineer you will partner with our sales team to demonstrate the value of Upvest to prospective clients and reputed company a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges. You will combine industry experience and Upvest expertise, to provide technical consulting and in-depth solutions to Europe’s largest financial services companies and fintechs, including industry leaders like Revolut, N26 and reputed company.

A key part of this role involves seamless cross-functional collaboration with our product, engineering, operations and banking teams, to ensure we are developing comprehensive solutions that address reputed company requirements. You’ll be responsible for helping drive Upvest’s reputed company by enabling and unblocking clients through to contract and ensuring successful handover to our client launch team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with and consult Europe’s top financial services companies and fintechs. Owning and conducting thorough discovery to understand prospective clients business and technical requirements you’ll present and reputed company engaging, customised demonstrations that clearly reputed company Upvest's value. This is an opportunity to think holistically about their investments strategy and the investment infrastructure ecosystem, while also being hands-on reputed company required and detail oriented.

Act as a trusted technical advisor

As a trusted technical advisor, you’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their existing and reputed company state architecture and processes. You will become a recognised expert in Upvest’s product offering and the investment platform market, staying aware of industry trends and challenges. By owning the creation of crucial resources including solution deep-dives, proposals and architecture overviews, you’ll support prospective clients’ decision making, as well as supporting the smooth transition of projects to the client launch team for implementation.

Drive cross-functional collaboration

Partnering with sales, you will reputed company and deliver compelling solutions workshops and product deep-dives to scope out client requirements in-depth. You will contribute to building scalable processes and materials that streamline the sales cycle and facilitate client onboarding. You will also capture and reputed company client feedback, feature enhancements and priorities - working closely with product and engineering to ensure optimal roadmap alignment. Operating in a regulated environment, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration across reputed company Upvest departments (from product and engineering, to operations and banking) to ensure solution compliance.

What you’ll bring

• Experience across solutions engineering, technical sales or client facing consulting roles reputed company reputed company financial services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, effectively engaging both business and technical stakeholders.

• Solid technical background and a passion for technology and the investment market with a proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing.

• Business fluent in German and English is essential.
