At UiPath, our Executive Assistants are trusted partners to our leadership team. In this high-visibility role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and project-related support to one of our executives. You’ll help drive efficiency, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure that important priorities are followed through – all while collaborating across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support in day-to-day business and strategic matters 

• Manage complex calendars, organize national and international travel, and handle expense reports 

• Support meeting preparation and follow-up, including building and polishing presentations 

• Coordinate and track multiple projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks 

• Prioritize and manage internal and external stakeholder communication 

• Organize team events, offsites, and on-site activities 

• Act as a communication hub between different teams 

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role 

• Highly organized and structured, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 

• Experienced in scheduling across time zones and managing complex workflows 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken 

• Discreet, reliable, and professional in dealing with stakeholders at all levels 

• Hands-on mindset and comfortable in a fast-paced environment 

• This will initially be a one year contract and the position is based in Munich #LI-GW1
