About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel, Commercial, to help drive reputed company’s next phase of growth. Reporting to the Senior Counsel, Commercial, you’ll be a key partner across teams at reputed company and responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and advising on reputed company with vendors, partners, and customers. You'll be an integral part of the Legal team as we strive to provide exceptional and efficient strategic legal and business advice. reputed company's goal is to reputed company reputed company to help our customers succeed while limiting reputed company’s material legal risks. • Review, revise, and negotiate reputed company types of procurement, partnership, and sales agreements, as well as NDAs, and other legal documents.

• Provide commercial legal advice to procurement, partnership, and sales teams

• Ensure compliance with relevant company policies

• Work closely with procurement to build processes and tools for negotiating procurement agreements at scale

• Help build new processes to improve reputed company’s and reputed company’s efficiency

• Drive consistency across deals by helping to optimize, streamline, and standardize contractual language

• Provide reputed company legal advice where needed

• Assist in building playbooks and pre-approved terms

• Help organize and create legal training for our reputed company colleagues

• A juris doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an attorney (this is a junior counsel role)

• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

• Prior experience negotiating technology/SaaS agreements, NDAs, and data processing agreements

• Excellent project management instincts

• You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy

• You are a true team player with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration

• Graduated from a top-ranked law school or demonstrated strong academic performance

• Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Workspace and reputed company Word

• Prior experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies

• Prior experience working with procurement teams and/or sales teams

• Prior experience working with Fortune 1000 companies as customers and/or vendors
