Sr. Commercial Counsel - reputed company
Who We Are Looking for/What You Will Do
As Senior Commercial Counsel at AuditBoard, you will be an integral member of AuditBoard’s expanding legal team and will primarily be responsible for the Western Region of the US, focused on Enterprise deals, and will support two to three Area Directors and their teams. Your role will involve independently leading legal negotiations with customers and providing general guidance on various transactions, including subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements. You will also have the opportunity to shape key initiatives designed to streamline AuditBoard’s contracting process as the company scales.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
8+ years of in-house transactional experience in a role that requires direct interaction with potential customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders and executives from sales to information reputed company.
5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements, Amendments, and Order Forms with enterprise customers
Understanding of the full contract lifecycle from NDA to internal approvals through the conclusion of the signature process
Great bedside manner reputed company working through deals (both internal and external)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in editing and managing reputed company using both reputed company Office and reputed company Product Suites
