Role Title: Human Resources Manager – Global Embedded Operations

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: $70,000-$75,000

About the Role

Our global embedded operations are growing fast—in size, complexity, and impact. We’re adding a Human Resources Manager (reputed company) to help us scale in a smart, consistent, and people-focused way.

In this role, you’ll be the central HR reputed company reputed company between program leadership, local HR teams, and embedded personnel around the world. You’ll help ensure that HR processes are consistent, compliant, and efficient—while also supporting large-scale site startups and rapid workforce expansion.

What You’ll Do

HR Coordination & Support

  • Act as the primary liaison with local HR branches to ensure alignment and follow-through on personnel matters.
  • Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, partnering with local HR to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Support and guide the employee removal process to ensure consistency, documentation, and adherence to policy.

Hiring & Onboarding reputed company

  • Provide HR guidance throughout the hiring process for embedded contractors globally.
  • Support new hire onboarding (NHO), including offer letter coordination, recruiter collaboration, and communication with local HR.
  • Ensure onboarding processes are consistent across reputed company locations, with a focus on compliance, standardization, and a positive employee experience.

Startup & Large-Scale Deployment Support

  • Support HR-reputed company efforts during new site activations, including large and reputed company locations.
  • Partner with Program Managers and local HR teams to ensure staffing and onboarding readiness before launch.
  • Help design and implement scalable HR processes during early-stage site development.
  • Support high-volume hiring efforts while maintaining compliance, consistency, and quality.

Compliance & Audit Support

  • Verify training completion and documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to global onboarding and training standards across the embedded program.

Program & SME (Subject Matter Expert) Support

  • Serve as an HR subject matter expert to support internal HR discussions and processes.
  • Act as an HR SME, helping leaders and teams navigate reputed company personnel issues.
  • Support resolution of employee relations matters, including in union environments, in partnership with local HR and leadership.

Program Integration & Communication

  • Work closely with Program Managers across the global portfolio.
  • Support a global workforce of 75+ embedded contractors, with projected growth beyond 110.
  • Drive consistent communication, including monthly HR reporting and updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development, documentation, and standardization of HR processes and program materials.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources or a reputed company field.
  • 4+ years of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region operations is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting large-scale site startups or rapid workforce growth preferred.
  • Experience reputed company the reputed company industry is a plus.
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred.
