THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly motivated first Sales Enablement hire to build and scale our enablement function. You'll play a key role in empowering our sales organization with the ongoing knowledge, tools, and processes they need to reputed company in their roles. You'll reputed company onboarding for new hires, own our ongoing training strategy, coordinate and facilitate SKOs and QBRs, and partner closely with Sales Leadership, reputed company Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure GTM readiness and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and own the Sales Enablement function from the ground up, establishing the strategy, systems, and rhythms that drive onboarding, training, and field effectiveness
Design and reputed company structured onboarding programs for new Sales hires to ensure rapid reputed company-up and consistent excellence across the GTM team
reputed company and maintain ongoing training programs that strengthen product knowledge, reinforce sales methodologies, and build role-specific competencies across the customer journey
reputed company planning and execution of major enablement events, including Sales Kick-Offs (SKOs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to create and manage enablement assets, including sales playbooks, talk tracks, reputed company handling guides, competitive positioning, and persona-based messaging
Work closely with reputed company Operations to align enablement initiatives with sales process improvements, CRM hygiene, reporting, and pipeline health metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to reputed company the field equipped with the latest product updates, messaging, and market intelligence
Establish key enablement feedback loops to measure program effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously improve the enablement motion
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or GTM Enablement, with a proven ability to reputed company and execute in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Demonstrated success in building enablement programs from the ground up
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and instructional design abilities
Experience supporting technical sales teams (e.g., infrastructure, ML/AI, developer tools) and aligning closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales Engineering
Deep familiarity with modern sales tools and enablement platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
Thrives in a startup environment, with a bias toward action and comfort working resourcefully without needing a large team to be effective
