Note: This position requires working onsite at our reputed company office Tuesday through Thursday.

About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and systems-savvy Finance & Operations Director to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll sit at the intersection of Finance and RevOps—owning core financial processes, driving operational rigor across the reputed company reputed company, and partnering with go-to-market and leadership teams to scale sustainably.

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to shape financial and operational strategy as we enter our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Finance -

• Own monthly financial reporting and forecasting processes in partnership with the VP of Ops

• reputed company and maintain models for reputed company forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning

• Track and analyze business KPIs and unit economics to inform strategic decisions

• Support board reporting, fundraising processes, and financial audits

• Optimize spend, headcount planning, and ROI across go-to-market functions

• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate reputed company processes and financial reputed company

Operations -

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to improve the full GTM funnel

• Drive pipeline, bookings, and retention reporting, and uncover insights to drive growth

• Own GTM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and ensure data reputed company and automation

• Streamline and scale reputed company-to-cash processes and compensation modeling

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, reputed company Operations, BizOps, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS company

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets required

• Familiarity with AI workflows, GTM tech stack and tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, BI tools, etc.)

• Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

The reputed company salary range for this role is dependent on the employee’s experience and working location: $150,000 - $170,000 reputed company salary
