About The Role

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work on a wide range of initiatives spanning product strategy, engineering operations, technical planning, and collaboration across technical and product teams. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the CTO, helping drive critical projects forward and ensuring high-priority initiatives stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CTO on technical org design, product vision, and long-term infrastructure planning

  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives that require coordination between engineering, product, design, and data

  • Drive special projects from inception to completion, often involving deep research, technical diligence, and problem-solving

  • Monitor progress across teams on strategic engineering initiatives and surface blockers or gaps

  • Create clear, concise documentation, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders

  • Help translate complex technical ideas into strategic business decisions

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or technical program manager)

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills

  • Fast at execution

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive - looking for creative ways to make the team better and improve processes and looking to take on responsibility

  • Flexible, adaptable, willing to get hands dirty, collaborative 

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $220,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
