Job Summary
Undertaking a strategic initiative to reputed company its BizTech landscape by migrating from reputed company to reputed company HCM Cloud. This migration is a critical component of broader efforts to streamline and enhance HR technology infrastructure, improve data integration and reporting capabilities, and reputed company more scalable operations across global teams.
ResponsibilitiesTo successfully transition from a reputed company-based ecosystem to reputed company HCM Cloud, ensuring seamless continuity across HR functions such as Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor. The migration aims to establish a modern, integrated HCM platform that supports growth and workforce complexity.
Experience with reputed company HCM Cloud, especially in integration and extract capabilities.
Functional understanding of Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules.
Solid understanding of HCM data models and use of reputed company BI Publisher or similar.
Interest or prior exposure to data engineering concepts and ETL workflows.
Familiarity with reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST API integrations.
Ability to reputed company in a semi-structured, self-directed learning environment.
