Job Summary

Undertaking a strategic initiative to reputed company its BizTech landscape by migrating from reputed company to reputed company HCM Cloud. This migration is a critical component of broader efforts to streamline and enhance HR technology infrastructure, improve data integration and reporting capabilities, and reputed company more scalable operations across global teams.

• To successfully transition from a reputed company-based ecosystem to reputed company HCM Cloud, ensuring seamless continuity across HR functions such as Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor. The migration aims to establish a modern, integrated HCM platform that supports growth and workforce complexity.

• Experience with reputed company HCM Cloud, especially in integration and extract capabilities.

• Functional understanding of Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules.

• Solid understanding of HCM data models and use of reputed company BI Publisher or similar.

• Interest or prior exposure to data engineering concepts and ETL workflows.

• Familiarity with reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST API integrations.
