Inside Sales Manager
CloudTrucks is looking for a seasoned and reputed company Sales leader to propel the Sales organization to the next level. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with CloudTrucks’ management team to shape the company’s commercial strategy. They will reputed company the execution of this strategy, drive reputed company, and build an organization that is capable of operating at scale. This is a fantastic opportunity with a company that has a reputed company (and growing) market, strong product-market fit due to an early reputed company, and a strong founding team. As an integral member of the organization, you will play a key role in CloudTrucks’ success.
What You'll Doreputed company a team of Driver Onboarding Representatives to reputed company and exceed sales targets
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success
Actively monitor and analyze the team’s performance in order to identify areas of improvement
Reinforce operational excellence - attaining SLA’s, sales opportunity reputed company, SAO’s, etc.
Implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer reputed company, drive reputed company growth, and reputed company quarterly and annual sales targets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and timely conversion of leads into sales
This role directly reports to the CRO
You have 5+ years of proven relevant sales management, preferably in a startup company, with at least 1-2+ years in sales management role. Marketplace experince is a plus
You can demonstrate that you’ve built scalable processes and implemented strategies that have led to a proven track record in SMB sales
You have strong negotiating and strategic selling skills – qualifying targets and prioritizing sales efforts
You have proven ability to reputed company/drive and reputed company in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability
Proficiency in CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and data analytics platforms
