About the role

We're seeking a high-performing, analytically minded Financial Operations & Automation Specialist to join reputed company. This highly visible and cross-functional role supports financial reporting, metrics tracking, and is pivotal in driving automation and implementing AI-driven solutions across the business. You'll work directly with the Head of Operations and partner closely with teams across the business, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Examples of your responsibilities will include:

Automation & AI Enablement

• Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual overhead (e.g., invoicing, reconciliation, reporting)

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain AI/automation tools that streamline financial and operational workflows

• Prototype and deploy lightweight LLM-powered agents (e.g., GPT, Claude) to automate internal operations or decision-making

• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, ops, and other functions to identify and reputed company high-impact automation opportunities

Financial Systems & Reporting

• ​​Build and maintain scalable internal reporting systems using modern tools and APIs

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with dynamic, data-driven models

• Assist with board, investor, and audit reporting, streamlining data collection and improving quality through automation

• Ensure data accuracy by partnering with external accounting providers and managing systems integrations

Data & Performance Analytics

• Define and evolve real-time dashboards for company-wide metrics and OKRs

About you
