About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company
Director of Growth to reputed company our customer acquisition and activation strategies with a focus on scalable outbound initiatives, traditional inbound and nurturing initiatives, with an eye for infusing AI into the process. You'll be responsible for driving rapid user acquisition and early-stage reputed company, leveraging both traditional and cutting-edge growth methodologies. This role requires a data-driven leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate our business growth.Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning

• Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
Outbound Growth & Sales Development

• Build and optimize business development representative (BDR) programs and playbooks

• Build and manage a high-performing growth team including outbound specialists, growth marketers, analysts, and AI/automation experts
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and reputed company teams

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of growth marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition through both inbound and outbound strategies
