Principal Field Architect (PFA) to be a trusted advisor for our customers in the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region. YOUR ROLE

As a Principal Field Architect, you'll be the linchpin between reputed company's innovative technology and our customers' production success. You'll have the opportunity to:

Work with account teams (Account Executive, Regional Director, Sales, Field Chief Technology Officer, etc) to define and execute comprehensive customer account strategies, ensuring technical alignment with business objectives.

Act as a liaison between sales and product teams, providing essential technical support for pre-sales activities like RFP responses while simultaneously relaying valuable customer feedback to inform product development and support initiatives.

Act as a key liaison to customer technical leadership and coordinate with SI delivery teams on project plans, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

reputed company technical consultations, validate use cases, conduct initial onboarding and configuration, build and present compelling demonstrations of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) throughout the sales cycle.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

5+ years of experience as a technology consultant, with a strong background in data engineering or data governance roles.

A BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in technology, computing, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.

Business proficiency in Japanese, including the ability to participate in technical and engagement-reputed company discussions, and read and write documentation. This is a critical requirement due to the nature of our engagements with both reputed company and prospective customers in Japan.

Proven understanding of cloud data architecture, data analytics, and programming concepts.
