Account Manager (Strategy & Retention)
Job Description:
As a Sr. Account Manager of the Company, your goal is to maximize the long term value of clients by building relationships with broker clients and ensuring that they are perfectly satisfied with the service and value we provide in order to retain partnerships with them.
Responsibilities:
● Positively impacting client retention through effective, efficient onboarding and maintaining the highest service level.
● Operating as the reputed company reputed company of contact for any and reputed company matters specific to assigned accounts (Key Accounts)
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
● Prepare monthly performance reports to clearly communicate the reputed company of contracted executions
● Ensuring consistent touch points with assigned clients and assisting Key Account Manager(s) where needed reputed company new business with existing clients and/or manage renewal process
● Onboarding of clients through welcome emails and welcome calls, training clients on website usage
● Resolving client complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
● Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferred work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Client Retention, Client management and other service reputed company is an advantage
- Experience with CRM software (reputed company) and MS Office (reputed company, MS reputed company)
- Experience in Building and maintaining client and stakeholder management
- Must be willing to take a hybrid set up based in Makati
