About the Role:

Lumafield is looking for a Recruiter to join our People team and help continue to scale our world-class Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Business Development functions. You will partner closely with our Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, and other GTM leaders to identify, engage, and reputed company top talent. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on our company’s next stage of growth. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, who is process-driven, is deeply curious about our technology, has a preexisting network of GTM professionals, and is excited to own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to reputed company.
