As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to reputed company healthcare more efficient. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to reputed company, attract, and reputed company top talent that aligns with our culture. What You'll Do:
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and Design
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions

Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
reputed company’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)
Proven success hiring for technical teams
Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships
Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience
Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally reputed company)
Ability to reputed company manage multiple projects and tasks
Proven ability to reputed company in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones
Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace
Experience with healthcare hiring is a reputed company plus
