As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to reputed company healthcare more efficient. • 5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)

• Proven success hiring for technical teams

• Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships

• Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders

• Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally reputed company)

• Ability to reputed company manage multiple projects and tasks

• Proven ability to reputed company in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones
