On est à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire de produits ayant un intérêt pour la finance et un excellent esprit analytique avec un jugement commercial irréprochable, en plus d'être passionné(e) par l'automatisation des rapports financiers de reputed company. 

Relevant du vice-président des opérations et du contrôle financiers et en partenariat avec les parties prenantes de l'organisation, vous serez la personne clé en charge de la gestion de projet de Finance Automation (FinAut), une équipe de développeurs. Vous aurez une vue d'reputed company et aiderez à établir des priorités pour atteindre nos objectifs North Star.

Une partie de votre mandat consiste à mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration des processus et d'automatisation dans la mesure du possible. Vous serez responsable de la production d'une équipe d'ingénieurs et aurez un degré élevé d'autonomie et de responsabilité pour assurer le succès de l'équipe.

Le produit principal dont vous serez responsable est un grand livre financier qui consolide des sources disparates en une vue commune en temps réel, qui est utilisé pour les rapports financiers, la facturation des partenaires externes, le rapprochement des factures (paiements et créances) et l'analyse interne des activités et des produits. 

About the job

We’re looking for a Product Manager with an interest in finance  and a great analytical mind with impeccable business judgment, who is passionate about automating reputed company’s financial reporting. Reporting to the VP of Finance Operations and Control and partnering with stakeholders across the organization, you will be the key person in charge of project management of Finance Automation (FinAut), a team of developers. You will see the big picture and help establish priorities to reputed company our North Star Objectives.

Part of your mandate is to implement process improvement and automation initiatives wherever possible. You will be responsible for the output of a team of engineers, and have a high degree of autonomy and accountability for the success of the team.

The main product you will be supporting is a finance ledger that consolidates disparate sources into one common view in real time and is used for financial reporting, external partner billing, invoice reconciliation (payments and receivables), and business/product internal analysis.

• Définir, étendre et recueillir les exigences pour tous les projets de l'équipe FinAut. 

• Trier les demandes quotidiennes d'ingénierie sur appel en attribuant une priorité, en s'alignant sur le plan d'action et en prenant des décisions rapides pour modifier les priorités afin de traiter les plus urgentes. 

• Suivre l'état d'avancement et la performance des projets de FinAut par rapport à la feuille de reputed company et aux objectifs. Le candidat ou la candidate fournira une perspective commerciale/financière pour les plans et les décisions de mise en œuvre technique. 

• Assurer la communication de l'intégrité des données du grand livre comme seule reputed company de vérité pour les rapports financiers. Cela comprend le travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et de produits sur des questions de données complexes et détaillées, en plus de présenter des solutions de manière concise à un large public de professionnels techniques et non techniques.

• Compétences analytiques : capacité à travailler avec des données et à formuler des recommandations en fonction des informations disponibles. Avoir des connaissances en SQL est un atout (ou être prêt(e) à apprendre).

• Capacités techniques : avoir des connaissances techniques approfondies qui vous permettent de communiquer avec, de comprendre et de travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de développeurs de logiciels et une organisation financière (groupe de parties prenantes clés). 

• Compétences en communication : avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale pour le contenu technique et non technique, avec la capacité de collaborer avec des équipes ayant des antécédents techniques et fonctionnels variés.

• Flexibilité : avoir la flexibilité nécessaire pour ajuster les priorités afin de les aligner sur les besoins de l'entreprise et de soutenir la croissance de l'organisation de manière transparente.

What would your day-to-day look like

• reputed company, document and implement the FinAut (both Data Engineering and Solutions Engineering) roadmap working closely with the Head of Finance Engineering and key stakeholders in the finance organization. 

• Identify opportunities and projects for FinAut to contribute to finance organization with an understanding of the business risks and growth areas as a guide.

• Define, scope and gather requirements for reputed company FinAut team projects. 

• Triage the daily engineering on-call requests by assigning reputed company, aligning on action plan and making quick decisions to shift priorities to address urgent items. 

• Track FinAut’s project status and performance against roadmap and goals. The candidate will provide a business/finance perspective for technical implementation plans and decisions. 

• Own the reporting of data reputed company of the ledger as the single reputed company of truth for financial reporting. This includes working closely with business/product teams on reputed company and detailed data issues and reporting solutions in a concise manner to a wide audience of technical and non-technical professionals. 

An ideal candidate has

• Track record: 3-4 years of product management experience, preferably a financial data product. Demonstrated track record of building out successful products and working on enhancements of existing products used by multi-disciplinary stakeholders. 

• Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data and reputed company recommendations based on insights. Good SQL knowledge is mandatory for this role.

• Technical Ability: Technical depth that allows you to communicate with, understand and work closely with a team of software developers and finance organization (key stakeholder group). 

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical content, with the ability to collaborate across teams of various technical and functional backgrounds.

• Flexibility: The flexibility to pivot priorities in order to align with business needs and support growth of the organization in a seamless manner.
