• Own & Drive Strategic Roadmap: Define, own, and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for your R&D squad, ensuring it's deeply aligned with our overarching business goals, with full autonomy to test hypotheses, iterate rapidly, and make data-driven decisions on the go.

• Deep Problem Solving & Impact: Lead the charge on complex product challenges, deeply understanding user and business problems to create impactful solutions that directly enhance monetization, engagement, and retention.

• End-to-End Product Leadership: Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery and problem definition through development, launch, and continuous iteration, working closely with your embedded engineers and designers.

• Advanced Data & Strategic Insights: Leverage advanced data tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker to inform every decision, establish strong processes, learn from errors, and translate complex data into strategic insights for company-wide impact.

• Cross-Functional Catalyst: Act as a central point of coordination within your squad and cross-functionally with data, business, and growth teams, driving alignment and execution on critical projects.

• Extensive Product Leadership: Proven track record (typically Staff level) of owning and delivering impactful product initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong bias for action.

• Deep Domain & Data Expertise: Solid experience in the mobile gaming and/or advertising industry (B2C), coupled with a strong background in leveraging data (Amplitude, Hex, Looker expertise or similar) to inform product direction.

• Entrepreneurial & Strategic: You embody an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly identifying untapped opportunities, treating your product area as your own startup, and comfortable building from scratch and iterating rapidly.

• Exceptional Communication & Execution: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, driving alignment and expertly executing initiatives from ideation to implementation.

• Problem Structuring & Ownership: You excel at structuring ambiguity, breaking down complex issues, and taking full ownership of the roadmap, initiatives, metrics, and outcomes.

• You possess a Ownership mindset, driven by the challenge of owning transformative experiences for users on Freecash, with potential opportunities to support new products and expansions.

• You are relentlessly curious and hungry for growth, always seeking to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry, comfortable with hands-on building and rapid iteration.
