Contact Centre Agent (fully remote)

Location - Based primarily remote with once per quarter travel to our London or Sheffield office (Paid travel by us!)

⏲ Working hours - 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with reputed company occasional Saturday working)

  Salary - £25,500 (OTE of £27,500) 

Start Date - Tuesday 5th August (this is not negotiable - sorry!)

The Opportunity

• Pro actively working to reputed company referencing applications ensuring reports are generated for our customers in line with our KPI measurements

• Helping tenants to get their dream home through meeting and exceeding targets.

• Professionally supporting our customers with high levels of accuracy (this is super important) with great care and diligence reputed company phone, live chat and email.

• Previous experience working in a highly targeted and fast-moving contact centre - sadly if you do not have this experience sadly we are not able to move reputed company with your application

• Customer centric reputed company allowing you to quickly identify and understand the needs of our different customers

• Have great attention to detail and can easily identify inconsistencies

It would also be great if

• You have previous experience in conducting credit or ID checks or working reputed company the lettings industry

• you’re super organised and have proven your ability to prioritise effectively
