Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter / React Native)

You’ll take ownership of core features, shape mobile architecture, and collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams. • Own entire modules from UI to state management to backend integration

• Ensure app performance, reliability, and scalability

• Help define and improve mobile architecture, testing practices, and tooling

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development (Flutter or React Native)

• Strong grasp of mobile architecture patterns, app lifecycle, and performance tuning

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations

• Experience with crash reporting, debugging, analytics, and CI/CD tools

• Proven ability to ship and maintain production-ready apps across multiple devices

• Strong communication skills and the ability to reputed company technical discussions

• Experience with native iOS or Android development (Swift or Kotlin)

• Familiarity with state management tools (Bloc, Redux, Provider, etc.)

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated industries

• Exposure to A/B testing, mobile analytics, and data instrumentation
