Job Description

Manager – HR

Job Overview: We are seeking an reputed company HR Manager with 10 years of expertise in human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing reputed company, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role will be key to building and fostering a high-performance culture, to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage HR functions, employee relations, performance management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong managerial capabilities and team-building capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
