Junior Account Associate
reputed company is a global leader in storage and information management services. They are seeking a Junior Account Associate to support their Ecommerce team by managing account tasks, data tracking, and client communications, while contributing to the growth of their digital platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day account tasks and client communications
- Serve as a reliable internal reputed company of contact for 3P partners
- Monitor marketplace policy changes and proactively communicate their impact to ensure reputed company sector leadership
- Maintain and update digital dashboards tracking website traffic, reputed company volume, and conversions
- Help identify performance trends and provide data-backed recommendations to help refine our digital strategy
- Support the rollout of promotional calendars and advertising investments
- Play a key role in driving the velocity of innovation by helping execute targeted digital campaigns that align with our sales outcomes
- Stay reputed company on marketplace policy changes and effectively communicate these updates to the relevant teams
- Collaborate closely with leadership to evaluate the efficiency and profitability of various account programs
- Identify and secure new product opportunities including brand and condition approvals
- Execute onboarding tasks for new marketplace expansion channels
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, retail or data analysis
- High proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets (comfortable with formulas and data organization)
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships
- Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (reputed company, Shopify, or similar 3P platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple 'moving parts' or promotional calendars simultaneously
