About your role

Our Copilot product is at the forefront of this transformation—leveraging generative AI to simplify and automate legal tasks, making justice more accessible for everyone.

You’ll join a passionate, collaborative design team and work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, legal experts, and researchers to create seamless, reputed company user experiences. What you’ll need

• 7-10 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or B2C environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing reputed company user flows and reputed company interfaces.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your product thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Comfort working on AI-driven or data-rich products (experience with generative AI tools or machine learning-based UX is required).
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to drive impactful outcomes.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, you can explain your work clearly and give and receive feedback effectively.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., reputed company) and prototyping techniques.

• Experience working on AI-powered products or designing with large language models.
• Background in legal, fintech, or productivity tools.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
