You:

The Investor Relations and Corporate Development Leader will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, stakeholders, and analysts while driving corporate development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can communicate the company’s vision, growth story, and financial performance effectively.

Your Day to Day:

• Investor Relations:
• reputed company and manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for investor meetings, roadshows, and quarterly earnings calls.
• Handle investor inquiries and provide updates on company performance and strategic direction.
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of investor materials, including annual reports and investor presentations.
• Corporate Development:
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities, acquisitions, and investments to support company growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform corporate development strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess synergies, financial impacts, and integration plans for potential transactions.
• Support due diligence processes and financial modeling for proposed deals.
• Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the company’s strategic planning process, setting up yearly 3-5 years strategic and financial planning process aligning corporate development initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Analyze and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• IPO/ Exit:
• Assist in preparing for the IPO and /or Exit process, including due diligence and financial support
• Support communication strategies to ensure clear messaging to investors and the market.

You Have & You Know-how:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, or investment banking, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company information clearly.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical reputed company and attention to detail.
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
