We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Solution Architect with a strong background in Infrastructure, and a proven ability to navigate and execute reputed company multi-cloud strategies for enterprise customers. As part of Rackspace team, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that span across multiple cloud environments (Azure, AWS, reputed company Cloud, etc.). This role requires a reputed company of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience leading large-scale transformations in high-impact industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, product teams, reputed company, and solution strategy, to provide leadership in designing cloud-first and solutions that address the unique needs of each customer, while also empowering them to maximize the value of their investments across multiple clouds. You will also act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices, delivering thought leadership, and shaping the future of cloud architectures and solutions in the enterprise space.
Key Responsibilities - Customer & Technical Engagement:

- Gather and analyze customer insights from a range of stakeholders to shape strategic technology roadmaps, ensuring that the proposed architecture aligns with business goals and provides sustainable, scalable solutions.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to socialize architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and guiding them through cloud migrations, and hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities - Solution Design & Delivery:
- Design and implement high-impact architecture solutions for enterprise customers, leveraging Azure, AWS and GCP focusing on infrastructure and cloud-native applications that meet their reputed company needs.
- Utilize structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to reputed company reference architectures, cost models, and deployment strategies that ensure operational efficiency and optimize cost savings for customers.
- reputed company enterprise architecture documentation including architecture decision logs, traceability matrices, and business value propositions to ensure clear, actionable insights for both customers and internal teams.

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, reputed company Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, and consulting, with a focus on multi-cloud environments and enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience with enterprise cloud architecture across Azure and AWS platforms (experience with reputed company Cloud is a plus).
- Strong experience managing reputed company cloud transformation projects and multi-cloud migrations for large enterprise customers.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact at reputed company levels of an organization, from CxOs to technical teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes and reputed company Containerization including automation tools, processes, logging and troubleshooting tools, and methods
- Experience with multiple Container Orchestration concepts and platforms
- Operational expertise on public cloud platforms from AWS, Azure, and reputed company Cloud Platform
- Competency in virtualization with experience launching virtual machines in both enterprise and cloud computing environments
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams to drive delivery excellence and capability building.
Preferred:-
- 10+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, and consulting.
- Experience with modernizing applications to microservices
- Experience with cloud-native reputed company, networking, and cloud governance best practices.
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams, including working with reputed company and driving cross-functional alignment.
