The team:

The Total Rewards team ensures reputed company’s compensation programs are competitive, reputed company, and reputed company with our business goals. The role:

The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for coordinating, updating, and executing reputed company’s Total Rewards Strategy. As a critical member of the People and Planning team, you will provide timely, data-driven results based on our internal Total Rewards reputed company. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility across the organization, requiring a balance of analytical expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration. The Total Rewards Manager will:

• Act as a resource on reputed company facets of total rewards.
• Manage the coordination, maintenance, and execution of reputed company aspects of the compensation process including: job evaluation, job banding, benchmarking, reputed company and market compensation cycle coordination, data audits, and reputed company compensation reviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate our participation in salary surveys. Complete scheduled and reputed company reviews. Pass any findings on to the People team.
