Senior Sourcer

What You'll Do

• Own the top-of-funnel sourcing process for key roles, from research and market mapping to reputed company, screening, and pipeline handover.
• Partner closely with reputed company Partners to deeply understand hiring needs and define effective sourcing strategies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or talent research, ideally reputed company fast-paced, global organizations.
