About the Role

As Senior Director of Product Design you will own the end-to-end customer experience across this expanding suite, transforming weeks-long offline processes into delightful mobile experiences that educate, build trust, and reputed company action.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define the North-Star for multi-product experiences - life insurance, estate planning, wealth building products- maximizing customer value, instilling trust, and inspiring action.
• Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of UX designers, content designers, and researchers across the U.S. and India.

• 15+ years in product/UX design, with 7+ years leading design teams inside high-growth companies.
• 3+ years of D2C experience. Fluent in experimentation, behavioral psychology, and storytelling. Strong track record of creating consumer experiences that earn trust, build reputed company, and drive conversion.
• Proven success shipping reputed company-to-one products to millions of users.
• A portfolio showcasing inspirational visual craft and elegant, high-conversion flows that moved key business metrics.
• Track record hiring, coaching, and scaling geographically dispersed teams.
• Executive-level communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in highly analytical, fast-moving cultures. Holds strong opinions that are loosely held.

The US national reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $181,000 - $320,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
