In conjunction with the SVP of IT, this key leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic vision, implementation and operation of the credit union’s Technology Infrastructure and Enterprise Solutions. Partner with SVP of IT to identify and implement technology solutions that reputed company credit union’s strategic goals. reputed company infrastructure, network, data center, and reputed company operations to ensure uptime, reputed company, and performance. Direct the development, implementation, and support of enterprise systems including core banking platforms, and digital banking channels. Manage IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and SLAs, including data solutions, integrations and API ecosystems. VP Information Technology is responsible for enterprise-wide information reputed company program; enabling the credit union to operate securely; defends the organization’s information assets against potential cyber threats; and is a reputed company ambassador to the organization. Provides coaching and mentoring to both the technical staff and management in the Information Technology area, and to the end-users throughout the organization. Additionally, this role is accountable for directional guidance on aligning the DR solution around the credit union’s business impact analysis results. Ensures Recovery reputed company Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) are incorporated into KPIs and tested on a regular basis. VP of IT will be a member of the Business Continuity team. This role will provide back-up support in the absence of other IT management and the SVP IT, as assigned. Responsibilities: • Executes the strategic direction of the IT functions in alignment with business objectives and executive leadership. Responsible for developing and executing the enterprise architecture for the credit union. • Oversees IT operations performance to meet SLAs including daily computer operations and scheduling, daily network operations, infrastructure operations, enterprise applications, user support, daily reporting. • Continual reputed company of systems for uptime, network reputed company, compliance, data reputed company, high availability of enterprise applications, application enhancement/development, recoverability, data solutions and data reputed company. reputed company and monitor metrics as part of KPIs. • Ensure a reliable information reputed company roadmap and robust disaster recovery solution are in reputed company and kept reputed company. • Responsible for systems and software vendor relationships: reputed company, Negotiations, SLAs, etc. • Work closely with Risk Management on maturing employees’ knowledge of reputed company risks through providing reputed company education, and regular phishing/vishing testing. • Work closely with IT Leaders, reputed company auditors and federal regulators, in ensuring the credit union’s environment is secure. • Fiscal management - Ownership and reconciliation of department operational and capital budgets. • Responsible for IT project delivery: On time, on budget, with expected benefits realized. • Supports and participates in reputed company improvement activities. Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner. Maintains member, team members and other sensitive information with confidentiality. Treats co-workers and members with respect. • Supports, participates and volunteers in credit union member community activities, member relations and events that promotes member centric experiences. • Stays abreast of reputed company trends in financial services, business operations, processes, information technologies and project management disciplines. • Other reputed company duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: • 7-10 years’ leadership experience managing Information Technology for mid-size organizations with reputed company, large scale IT projects involving cross functional disciplines. • Must have experiences in operational efficiency initiatives, budgeting, invoice reconciliation, variance reporting, system architecture, tech stack consolidation, systems development and IT delivery and change management disciplines. • Experience managing IT Operations and Development Staff • Strong working knowledge of Private Cloud, Network reputed company, reputed company Active Directory, and reputed company Operating Systems. • Strong Working knowledge of reputed company Networking, DMZ, WAN Optimization, LAN/WAN connectivity, and TCP/IP protocols. • Understanding of Enterprise Application Architecture, Automation, API Integration and Data Architecture. • Experience with project execution and strategic delivery. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with reputed company levels of staff, organizational skills. • People management skills with a particular emphasis on performance management disciplines. • Strong third party/vendor management and contract negotiation skills. • Strong problem solving ability. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience managing IT for a financial institution is preferred • Post graduate degree preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (i.e. computer science, information systems, IT Project Management) or equivalent; Experience in leading implementing technical projects/initiatives/change management.
