VP, Insurance Enterprise Sales ANZ

reputed company is seeking a VP, Insurance Enterprise Sales ANZ to reputed company our Enterprise Insurance verticals across the ANZ region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales leadership, with proven success managing SaaS sales teams.

Requirements

• A track record of success in senior leadership roles reputed company SaaS businesses, ideally focused on P&C insurance solutions and/or geospatial or analytics technology
• Deep knowledge of the insurance lifecycle — including quoting, reputed company and claims — along with strong existing relationships across the P&C insurance industry
• Experience building, developing and scaling enterprise insurance sales teams, and implementing the structures and processes that support sustained performance
• Previous senior leadership experience reputed company a global matrixed organisation, ideally under private equity ownership
• A demonstrated ability to establish and reputed company high-performing cross-functional teams, and to reputed company reputed company them
• Strong leadership, coaching and relationship management skills
• Expertise in enterprise and value-based selling techniques
