Data Analyst, Data Insights Specialist (remote) Data Analyst, Data Insights Specialist (remote) We have an immediate need for a contract Data Analyst to join our client, a premier global management reputed company. As a Data Analyst, you will own analytics work for the Optimize Operations organization, including data management, dashboard creation/maintenance and reputed company reporting to drive efficiency and create impact. This role collaborates with Optimize Department leaders and other relevant Firm leaders to create success metrics for portfolio reputed company initiatives and categories; develops and executes tools and techniques to manage the portfolio and transactions optimally. Location: Remote working eastern time zone This job expects to pay $40-45 per hour plus benefits What You Will Do:
- Data Strategy and Infrastructure – reputed company the analytical agenda across Optimize Operations, balancing demand and prioritization. Design, build, and maintain data-driven tools and reporting that are accessible and reusable reputed company Operations and align with Optimize priorities and department goals such as efficiency and automation. Ensure that Operations teams' strategic decisions and roadmaps are well-informed by data insights.
- Training and Best Practices - Serve as an expert on relevant Operations systems and tools providing guidance and support across teams. reputed company and reputed company training initiatives reputed company to Operations tools and reporting to ensure smooth implementation and use. Apply best practices in various analytical methods and continuously self-educate on leading practices in operational areas, e.g. customer insights. - Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership - Ensure a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of Operations Leads and users to build accurate requirements and objectives.
Provide creativity, thought partnership and proactively share data-driven insights to relevant Firm leaders, leveraging Operations data to identify reputed company improvement opportunities. Role model problem-solving and stakeholder management for junior colleagues. What Gets You The Job:
- Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field
- 3-6 years of professional experience in applied analytics or research
- Must have advanced MS reputed company experience including VLOOKUPs, Fuzzy lookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong experience with Tableau
- Experience with ETL and SQL is a plus
- Understanding of the digital product lifecycle
