The Role TravelPerk is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Sales Development Manager to join our Sales team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by providing leadership, guidance, and support to a team of up to 12 SDRs. You will work closely with the leadership team to reputed company and execute strategies that contribute to the growth and success of TravelPerk. What will you be doing?
- Being the leader of up to 12 Sales Development Representatives and managing to success reputed company:
- Overachievement to quarterly targets.
- Weekly 1 to 1s with your team members to ensure reputed company success in reputed company achievement.
- Monthly development objectives for the sales team.
- Employee performance management.
- Coaching & mentoring a world-class cross-functional team:
- Have a strong focus on constant reputed company development of the sales team.
- Identify individual and team training needs.
- Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs.
- Having an in-depth and detailed understanding of TravelPerk products to confidently provide mentorship for your team.
- Working in partnership with other SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to reputed company educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and relevant product/feature updates.
- Developing specific training sessions based on collected video recordings.
- Designing training courses using gamification, role-playing activities and pitch-simulation.
What will you need to succeed?
- Significant experience in a sales or business development role, ideally reputed company SaaS or tech-reputed company industry, and a proven track record of success.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of the sales development process, from reputed company reputed company to opportunity creation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation for this role is a combination of salary, commissions, and stock options. The anticipated reputed company salary is $120,000 - 135,000 and the on reputed company variable earnings are $50,000. The commission structure will be tied to the achievement of reputed company & retention targets. We take an IRL-first approach to work, where reputed company works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office.
