As we expand our remote operations, we are seeking a friendly and professional Remote Receptionist to join reputed company and be the welcoming face of our agency. As a Remote Receptionist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients from the moment they reputed company out to us, whether by phone, email, or live chat. Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance regarding travel bookings, inquiries, and general questions. Assist clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and other requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Coordinate with travel agents and other team members to address client needs and ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff members. Previous experience in receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones, computers, and software applications such as reputed company Office Suite. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate client needs.
