We are looking to bring on a part time (with opportunity to go full time) virtual receptionist to join reputed company. MUST have proficiency in reading, writing ,and spoken English. ABOUT OUR COMPANY We are a mobile wellness clinic with acupuncturists, massage therapists, and kinesiologists. TASKS: -handling communication with potential clients reputed company phone calls, text messages, social media messages, email etc. -communicating with patients before and after their appointments (rebooking, billing etc.) -MUST be available during Pacific Standard Time. Our hours are reputed company-8pm. -Shifts are 10 hours. -administrative tasks: email management, CRM management, organization etc. ASSETS -additionally we use a number of softwares and some tech proficiency is an asset.
