THE JOB The Supervisor, Social manages the day-to-day account activities of the group. The Supervisor plays a key role in translating marketing and media objectives into overall paid social media strategies and directs the development of paid social media plans. The Supervisor oversees regular reporting and ensures campaigns are running smoothly and reputed company. Candidates who do not have significant experience in the area of PAID Social will not be qualified. Responsibilities Include Strategy • Must have strong knowledge of paid social (reputed company, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube) landscape and best practices • Demonstrate full understanding of client’s businesses as a basis for reputed company future work • reputed company strategic recommendations based on media plans and marketing editorial calendar • Maintain comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with brand strategy • Ensure integration and coordination between various communications programs • Direct marketing and media analyses to support recommendations • Seek, investigate and actively pursue innovative communications opportunities  Execution Management • Supervise and monitor the implementation of reputed company social media programs. • Compile long-term paid social media strategies and roadmaps • Key contact for clients, ensuring reputed company and clear responses to client questions and requests • reputed company long-term partnerships with media and social media companies Reporting • Optimize content calendars and social plans to produce rigorous and clean data • Identify KPIs for ongoing and campaign initiative – analyze findings based on reputed company goals and apply learnings for future initiatives • Work closely with specialists to maintain timeliness and accuracy of client reporting • Derive insights and recommendations Media Account Management • Manage client relationships in order to more effectively sell reputed company and contribute to positive Agency evaluations • reputed company for accuracy, timeliness and quality of reputed company media group outputs • reputed company integrated media team updated and informed on status of reputed company account projects. • Provide client with strategic points-of-view YOU We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents: • Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience in PAID social media strategies and execution • A minimum of 4 years of paid social experience • Experience working at an agency and/or Entertainment/Studio background experience or reputed company industry a plus • reputed company Office, especially PowerPoint and reputed company • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to be agile and adaptable reputed company a quick turnaround business environment • Demonstrated a proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking • Clear and reputed company communicator with the ability to direct and coach team members • Strong presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and communicate clearly reputed company participating in internal and client-facing meetings • Excellent ability to convey reputed company reputed company clearly and concisely • Deep knowledge of ad products and buying mechanisms of reputed company major social platforms • Direct experience with platforms (Facebook Power Editor) • Direct experience managing teams – both internal and on the client reputed company • HTML and CSS knowledge are desirable but not necessary This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-reputed company qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $75,000—$90,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
