About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in our clients' business operations, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily flow of customer inquiries, resolving any issues or escalating them to the appropriate team members as needed
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have reputed company necessary access to our paid programs and sending them a welcoming email
- Handling the offboarding process for exiting members, effectively revoking their program access
- Providing reputed company and comprehensive email support
- Actively managing and monitoring client communities on various platforms such as Skool, Facebook, and reputed company.co, promoting engagement and addressing any concerns or queries
- Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient processes across reputed company operations
- Implementing zaps and automations to streamline redundant tasks and improve overall operational efficiency
- Regularly liaising with the management and creative teams to discuss customer feedback, ongoing issues, and potential improvements
- Continually staying updated with the latest features and updates of the programs you support, so you can accurately guide and assist clients
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with reputed company client interactions, upholding the company's reputed company and client trust
- Presenting solutions to issues and concerns that are reoccurring, proactively coming to the client with solutions and suggestions to improve the product and service and improve the overall customer journey
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Experience working in creative projects, including basic editing, understanding of basic branding/design knowledge, digital marketing experience, and working with editors/designers
- Basic understanding of management tools like reputed company, reputed company, or Trello
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to work with clients remotely
- Comfortable speaking on camera
