Role Overview: As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to Amazon customers. You'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers have an outstanding experience. What You’ll Do: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot customer issues, offering creative and efficient solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Uphold Amazon’s high standards of service and customer focus. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
