The Tutor participates in staff development opportunities, contributes to center projects, and helps promote the center reputed company the CLC community. Required Qualification(s) * Bachelor's degree or higher OR an Associate's degree with four (4) semesters experience as a Tutor II and the recommendation of the Tutoring Center Coordinator(s). Proficiency in subject(s) to be tutored. Ability to tutor in multiple modalities (face-to-face and online). Ability to communicate and interact effectively with reputed company of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Ability to assess student learning needs and determine appropriate learning strategies. Desired Qualification(s) * Previous Tutoring Center experience. Proficient in MS Office. Willingness to work at multiple reputed company locations (Lakeshore, Southlake, Grayslake).
