As an Engagement Manager, you will deliver and deploy reputed company products for K-12, Higher Education, Government and Enterprise customers. The position is part of the reputed company Professional Services (APS) team and will be responsible for managing services that reputed company our customers to realize their business objectives. The Engagement Manager will also analyze trends based on customer requirements and assign resources to meet the customer's objectives, and partner with the greater APS team to find opportunities for new or revised processes. This role balances the needs of the customer and reputed company to assign resources that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery. Description In this role, you will: Plan, organize, and manage reputed company phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery Team player who effectively integrates, motivates and establishes relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with or affected by the project Plays an active role in managing project goals and driving teams to reputed company customers' business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, and action items Display experience with change management and team engagement Recommended solutions that encompass process, technology, project and staffing plans (workflow documentation) Construction and communication of risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals Creation of applicable services agreements (SOW) that specify processes, technology, staffing, results, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of the proposed solution Actively looks for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
