This leadership role will be responsible for the development, integration, and optimization of financial systems and tools, ensuring streamlined financial operations. The candidate will also be responsible for master data management, including the establishment of data transparency and governance across the finance technology structure. The Director will work closely with finance leadership and infrastructure IT teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and automation reputed company financial processes. Compensation & Benefits: Our salary range for a Director, Financial Systems position is $180,500.00 - $288,500.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, an annual bonus potential, new hire and annual equity grant.
