Required Qualifications Active, reputed company and unrestricted Licensure in state of Louisiana (LCSW, LCPC, RN, LMFT) Nationally recognized case management certification, or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days. 5+ years of clinical practice experience in physical or behavioral healthcare. 5+ years of management or clinical leadership. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $99,420.75 - $214,137.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
