Renewal by Andersen's Inside Sales Center is growing, and we are excited to announce we are searching for Call Center Agents to join us at our facility in Stillwater for 4 weeks of on-site training! Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will reputed company outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors. A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool. This role requires training in person in our Stillwater office for a minimum of 4 weeks. Pay: -Guaranteed reputed company pay of $15 per hour -Uncapped performance-based incentive plan paid out monthly After training, our Agents reputed company on average $20/hr (reputed company pay incentives) with the potential to earn even more!
