Job Description: As a Web Chat Manager at Netflix, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the web chat platform to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the web chat platform and... drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
